Spiked Blackberry Lemonade

  • 2 oz Whiskey Girl Butterscotch
  • 1 oz Honey Thyme Simple Syrup (recipe below)
  • 4 oz Lemonade
  • Blackberries
  • Fresh Thyme

Honey Thyme Simple Syrup: Bring one part water and one part honey to a boil. Turn down heat and simmer about 5 minutes until honey is dissolved. Removed from heat, add 5-8 sprigs of fresh thyme, and allow to steep until cooled completely. Remove thyme.

Spiked Lemonade: Muddle 4 blackberries, whiskey, and honey thyme syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and lemonade and shake vigorously. Strain over ice and garnish with blackberries and a thyme sprig.
